I. General Terms
ꕤ You must always credit me.
ꕤ Do not edit, trace, copy or resell your commission.
ꕤ All commissions are for non-commercial use unless otherwise negotiated or a commercial fee has been paid. See Section 6 (VI) for more details.
ꕤ Any commissions that are private or are not to be publicized will require a Non-Disclosure Fee. Please inquire further at the time of your commission, else you forfeit the right to your commission's privacy.
ꕤ I reserve the right to decline your commission.
ꕤ Any ill behavior will not be tolerated and your commission may be cancelled if it occurs.

II. Payment, Refunds, & Cancellations
ꕤ Commissions will be processed based upon payment clearance. You will not be added to the queue until payment has been made.
ꕤ Payment is due in full once you receive my invoice.
ꕤ Rush orders are available upon request and will cost 2x the price of the commission. Please note that it will still take time to complete your order--a rush order means you are moved to the top of the queue subject to any other rush orders and will be completed ASAP.
ꕤ Refunds will only be issued if the commission has not been started (nothing has been sketched).
ꕤ If you are on a waitlist, you are free to cancel your slot at any time.
ꕤ If you file a chargeback against me, any rights to the work you commissioned from me will be revoked. You will also be publicly blacklisted to caution other artists. I am always open to discuss any disagreements privately, so please let this be the last thing you consider to do.

ꕤ VI. Cancellation & Refund policy ꕤ
ꕤ The buyer is not allowed a refund once I start working on the commission.
ꕤ If you are getting a refund, do not request a Paypal chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you myself.
ꕤ If you request a Paypal chargeback at any point when you were not allowed to ask for a refund you will lose all before mentioned rights to the commissioned piece and I will have the full right to profit further from it in any way. I will decline the chargeback and supply Paypal with our conversations in which we talk about the commission as evidence that I have completed work for you.
ꕤ Furthermore, you will be blacklisted for commissioning me again.

ꕤ VII. Purchase of Commercial License ꕤ
ꕤ A purchase of commercial rights to the final product is allowed and will be negotiated on a case by case basis. Please contact me at [email protected] for further discussion.ꕤ Types of Commercial Licenses ꕤ
ꕤ Limited Commercial - Includes: displaying/use on streams, used as transition cards/screens, use as PNGTubers, etc.
ꕤ Full Commercial - Includes: limited commercial licensing terms and printing/merchandise creation for resale and profit.
ꕤ Credit is still required for usage of the artwork, even if altered or edited.

III. Process
ꕤ Sketch Phase ꕤ
ꕤ A sketch will be provided based on the references you have provided.
ꕤ Please provide references as clear and concise as possible to reduce the amount of guesswork required.
ꕤ Changes at this stage are allowed.ꕤ Lining Phase ꕤ
ꕤ After the sketch is approved by the client, the line work will be completed as sketched with minor corrections and adjustments as necessary for composition.
ꕤ Flat coloring will also be added.
ꕤ Minimal adjustments are allowed, but any significant re-drawing of areas will incur fees.
ꕤ Examples of "significant re-draw" include: different expression, different hairstyle, different posing of any part of the character, etc.ꕤ Shading & Finalizing ꕤ
ꕤ No further approvals asked from the client.
ꕤ No further changes will be available without significant additional costs, unless otherwise stated.
ꕤ Client will be provided with a finalized .png and/or .gif file in its original resolution.
ꕤ Additional file formats can be made available upon request, such as transparent image without a background, etc.

IV. Copyright & Usage
ꕤ I (the artist)
ꕤ I reserve the right to cancel and refund the order at any time for any reason.
ꕤ I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.
ꕤ I will NOT claim the intellectual property (IP) of the commissioned artwork.
ꕤ I will NOT profit further from the commissioned artwork unless you (the customer) break any of the terms.
ꕤ I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online, in my portfolio as well as in publications such as art books.ꕤ You (The client/commissioner) ꕤ
ꕤ It is required that you credit me for any commissioned artwork.
ꕤ You may upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social channels.
ꕤ You may NOT make profits from the commissioned piece (reselling, redistributing, uploading to POD-services, make prints, etc.)
ꕤ You may NOT alter the commissioned artwork without my (the artist's) consent.
ꕤ You MAY be allowed to sell the artwork if it is a part of an Adoptable. Please discuss this with me prior to paying for the artwork.
ꕤ You retain the rights to the intellectual property (IP).
ꕤ You may NOT use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes unless further discussed with me.
